With summer in full bloom and a gentle breeze in the air, Fishing capital organized its 2026 Annual Team-Building Event under the theme “Collaboration for Mutual Success.”

All employees gathered at the Beicaokuang Camping Base for a day filled with team challenges, recreational fishing, outdoor barbecue, and unforgettable moments surrounded by nature.

More than just an outdoor gathering, this event was a valuable opportunity to strengthen teamwork, communication, and mutual trust while creating lasting memories together.

🎯 Team Assembly – Kicking Off a Great Summer Adventure

Employees arrived at the venue full of excitement and enthusiasm.

After registration, team members were randomly assigned into groups, captains were elected, and team names were chosen. Within minutes, four energetic teams were ready for the challenges ahead.

Everyone quickly embraced their roles. Some discussed strategies, while others naturally stepped up to organize their teams. Every participant was eager to contribute and work toward a shared goal.

From that moment on, everyone became an indispensable part of the team.

The event officially began with a series of exciting team competitions.

Tug of War – Strength Through Unity

The first challenge was a classic tug-of-war competition.

At the referee’s signal, both teams pulled together with determination as cheers and encouragement echoed throughout the field. Every effort, every step backward resisted, and every synchronized pull demonstrated the true power of teamwork.

The competition reminded everyone of a simple truth:

Rope Jump – Rhythm, Coordination, and Trust

The excitement continued with the Rope Jump challenge.

Another highlight was the “Crossing the River on Bricks” challenge, which tested both teamwork and strategic thinking.

Standing on small bricks, teammates worked together to move everyone safely across the course by continuously passing the bricks forward. Although unexpected situations created plenty of laughter, everyone remained focused on helping one another succeed.

After the games came one of the day’s most anticipated activities—the fishing competition.

Employees picked their favorite fishing spots, cast their lines, and patiently waited for the next bite.

At lunchtime, everyone gathered beneath the camping canopy to enjoy a relaxing barbecue.

Several colleagues volunteered to prepare the meal, working together from lighting the charcoal to grilling and serving food so everyone could enjoy a delicious lunch together.

As the aroma of grilled food filled the air, conversations naturally flowed. Colleagues chatted about work, life, and memorable moments from the day’s activities while laughter echoed throughout the campsite.

Away from meeting rooms and daily responsibilities, everyone enjoyed a rare opportunity to relax and strengthen friendships.

The event concluded with an award ceremony recognizing both outstanding teams and individual performers, followed by a group photo to commemorate the occasion.
